Our Programs.
I&I International operates through three program divisions — the Academy, Workforce Lab, and the #OneLove Global Initiative — each designed to support students at different stages of their academic, career, and leadership development. While each division has a unique focus, together they provide students with the knowledge, real-world experience, and community connections needed to explore career pathways and grow into leaders within their communities.
I&I Academy
The Academy supports students in building academic confidence, emotional intelligence, and career awareness through structured learning experiences that prepare them for success in school and beyond. In partnership with programs like STEAMA, students strengthen foundational skills while exploring pathways aligned to their interests and future goals.
#OneLove
The #OneLove Global Initiative connects students to service-learning and community-based experiences that promote leadership, collaboration, and cultural awareness. Through volunteerism and global-minded projects, students apply their skills to real challenges while developing a sense of purpose and responsibility to serve their communities.
Workforce
Our Workforce Fellowship provides students with hands-on opportunities to develop workforce readiness and entrepreneurial skills through real-world projects, mentorship, and business simulations. Students learn how to earn, manage, and grow resources while gaining practical experience that prepares them for internships, employment, or launching their own ventures.
